First Holy Communion 07.06.26
It’s been a while since I made a fondant cake, for a few reasons.
Making cakes takes so much time and, when you’ve got a shop to stock and what feels like an endless number of custard slices to make every day, it becomes almost impossible to fit them in.
I absolutely loved making this one though.
It’s a design I’ve been privileged to recreate for the church’s Holy Communion celebrations for the past five years, and it’s always a pleasure to be asked back to make it again.
