About Us

We are a husband and wife team baking together since May 2019.

The passion for baking started at a young age for myself (Rhian) as I often baked with my nan. Whether it was welshcakes or Christmas cakes, it made wonderful memories of delicious goodies.

Many years later, I became a mam and decided I wanted to share my experiences with my children. 

What started as birthday cakes for their parties quickly spiralled into friends and friends of friends wanting cakes for their children.

In March 2019, I realised that the baking and all the equipment that came with it, had taken over our house. It was at this point I decided to rent a small space to create celebration cakes. I was overwhelmed by the response - things were crazier than I imagined. It was a hard decision but we decided that my husband (Christopher), who's a web developer by trade, would leave his full time job and come to help bake cakes.

Fast forward to August 2021. Through lockdowns due to COVID and so much uncertainty that everyone felt, we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to relocate and expand our business. So September 2021, we opened our doors for the first time at 30 Frogmore Street, Abergavenny.

Since then, the business has grown and our name and bakes are known globally.

The next chapter for us is to employ some staff in the near future to continue to grow our wonderful business.
