Collection:

Collection Date/Time is chosen at checkout. Please adhere to this time to ensure your order is completed fully.

Transportation:

All cakes are to be transported on a flat stable surface such as the footwell of the passenger side or in the boot. Turn off heaters prior to collection and keep the vehicle cool for the duration of your journey.

We always recommend eating our cakes on the day of collection to enjoy them at their best. You will be advised on the best method to store the cake depending on the type of cake you've purchased.

​Our cakes will keep well for a good 5 days however there may be some elements that don’t keep as fresh such as fresh fruit. 

 

Storage:

Buttercream cakes are best kept in the fridge and removed an hour before serving

Fondant cakes are to be kept cool but not in the fridge as this will make the cake sweat when removed from the fridge
