POSTAL ORDERING FAQ

 Weekly Postal Drop - UK

- Website ordering goes live Saturdays at 6pm and closes 11am Mondays.

- If you’ve receive an order confirmation, your order has been received - thank you.

- All orders will be dispatched Wednesday using Royal Mail Tacked 24, unless otherwise stated. You won’t receive an email until it has left us. 

- You will automatically receive your tracking info once it’s in the Royal Mail System BUT ONLY IF YOU SUPPLY AN EMAIL ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. 

- P&P IS £5 UP TO 2KG (NORMALLY ABOUT 6/7 ITEMS) AND £8 FOR MORE THAN 2KG

All items are individually wrapped for freshness and will last 2+ weeks.   All info including allergens can be found on the product item description on the website and in your parcel. Cookie bars and brownies are insane warmed in the microwave and served with ice cream so give it a whirl! 

Same Day Shipping - UK

- These will be available to order 24/7.

- Orders received before midday Tuesday to Friday will be shipped the same day via Royal Mail 24. Orders received after midday Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday. (Don't worry, they are baked daily so your order will be baked, packaged and shipped in the same day.)

All items are individually wrapped for freshness and will last 2+ weeks.   All info including allergens can be found on the product item description on the website and in your parcel. We advise warming the dips for 20-30 seconds for a super runny and indulgent dipping pot.

 

International Shipping

We’ve been tracking parcel delivery times overseas. We find that shipping on a Wednesday normally gets the delivery to the recipient by the Monday (USA).  All our items are baked daily so your order will be baked, packaged and shipped in the same day.  All items are individually wrapped for freshness and will last 2+ weeks. All info including allergens can be found on the product item description on the website and in your parcel.
